Privacy Protocol

01. Data Collection Protocol
We collect information to initiate and optimize our engineering services. This includes but is not limited to:
- Identity Data: Name, Company Name, and Job Title.
- Contact Data: Email address and Phone numbers.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and operating system (collected via automated logs).
- Project Data: Specifications, blueprints, and assets uploaded to our secure portals.
02. Usage Algorithms
Your data is processed strictly for the purpose of executing the agreed-upon digital services. We utilize your data to:
Operational Execution
To configure development environments and deploy software.
Communication
To transmit project blueprints, invoices, and status updates.
03. Security Architecture
We employ a zero-trust security model. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 standards. Data in transit is secured via TLS 1.3 protocols.
NOTE ON RETENTION:We retain project data for the duration of the development lifecycle plus an archival period of 2 years for maintenance purposes, after which it is securely purged from our servers.
05. User Control
You retain full sovereignty over your data. You may request an export of your personal dataset or a complete deletion of your profile by contactingprivacy@klugtechllc.com.
