Terms of Service

01. Protocol Acceptance
By accessing KlugTech LLC's digital assets or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
02. Scope of Services
KlugTech LLC provides software engineering, design, and consulting services ("The Work"). The specific scope for each project is defined in the individual Statement of Work (SOW) or Project Blueprint generated via our platform.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, particularly if the requested work violates our ethical guidelines or technical standards.
03. Intellectual Property
Code Ownership
Upon full payment, KlugTech LLC assigns to the Client all right, title, and interest in the custom code developed specifically for the project.
KlugTech Core Libraries
KlugTech LLC retains ownership of background technology, reusable code libraries, and development tools used to create the work. The Client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use these background technologies as part of the final product.
04. Financial Terms
- Estimates: Quotes provided by our Estimator tool are non-binding estimates. Final pricing is confirmed in the SOW.
- Payment Schedule: Standard terms are 50% deposit to initiate work, 50% upon deployment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late Fees: Invoices overdue by more than 30 days may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month.
05. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall KlugTech LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
